Description

The A95X F4 Android TV Box is a new TV box powered by the new Amlogic S905X4 processor and running Android 10. The new S905X4 processor primarily means support for decoding the AV1 codec, which is now mandatory for popular streaming services.

The Amlogic S905X4 SoC is a 12nm quad -core processor with ARM Cortex-A55 cores that reach speeds of 2GHz and a Mali-G31 MP2 GPU. It is an advanced chipset with support for the AV1 video codec, which is able to increase bandwidth by 20% or more than HEVC, and also save 30% more traffic compared to H.265 and VP9.
